Profile - Assistant Manager HR | A leading Bank | North Kerala

Scope of the Role - Responsible for all aspects of recruiting( Retail Assets) for organization and plays a critical role in ensuring it's hiring the best possible talent for the bank

Job Description-

1) Develop and execute recruiting plans

2) Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees

3) Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process

4) Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives

5) Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping

6) Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire

Ideal Candidates. - Candidate with minmum 2 years of experience in recruitment with NBFC,Insurance,Retail,Banks  & Telecom with expertise in handling large volume of selections and onboardings. preferring local candiadates.
