Profile - Customer Relationship Executive | Branch operations | A Leading Bank

Scope of the role - Be responsible for attaining the allocated budget in terms of portfolio growth, revenue generation and New to Bank Customer Acquisition

Responsibility -

i. Engage with the identified priority customers in the focus business segments.
ii. Be a financial facilitator to the customer
iii.Ensure activation of alternate channel facilities and other value added services for Relationship Customers.
iv. Regularly analyse the account transactions, understand needs, assist to fulfill the banking needs of the customer.
v. Ensure customer retention through constant engagement and personalized services.
vi. Support the branch in transaction processing of the priority customer, where required, ensuring best in class TAT and service standards
vii. Be responsible for timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.

Ideal Candidate - Candidates who have atleast 2 years of experience as Customer Relationship Executive.
