Profile - Regional Sales Manager | CASA | A Leading Bank

Scope of the Role - To provide leadership and strategy of assigned products and services in the Region; lead Sales Team and achieve the Sales Target. Strategies and implement cross selling of other products and services of the Bank.

Responsibility -

1)  Monitor and guide ASM/Sales Team and ensure achievement of business objective

2)  Overall coordination of branches under the Region, for attaining the acquisition target of the region and productivity of branch officers, thereby improving the portfolio

3) Ensuring recruitment, training, retention and mentoring talents

4) Responsible for sourcing high end Corporate / Institutional / Govt biz., budgeting and monitoring the budgets allocated to the Team Leads working under him so as to ensure attainment of the CASA budgets allotted.

5) Strategise promotional activities of products and services.

6)  Maintain liaison with Zonal Manager/ Area Manager/ Departments in Zonal/ Head Office for speedy resolution of problems faced by branches.
