Profile - Relationship Manager | NRI Banking | For A Leading Bank

Scope of the Role - Acquisition of Non Resident Business through open market along with cross selling of other products of the Bank.​​​​​ Maintain complete relationships for assigned customer accounts.

Responsibility - 

1) Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centres for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.

2) Building personal relationships with clients through relationship calling/emailing efforts and social interaction.

3) Plans and conducts special sales initiative and events for prospective and existing clients.

4) Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and provide information for product and service enhancements.

5) Co-ordinating with other businesses to generate cross referrals and for providing NR customer’s seamless access to all Bank products.

Ideal Candidate -  Candidates with 4-5 years of experience in New to Bank NRI Business acquisition with a bank.Must possess good knowledge of NR Segment for new to bank acquisition.
