Scope of the Role - Managing a unit of Sales officers for sourcing POS and generate leads from existing Current account base and close the business.

Responsibility -

1) Managing a unit of Sales officers for sourcing POS.

2) Generate leads from existing Current account base and close the business.

3) Create a co ordial atmosphere inside the branch to generate quality leads from branch.

4) Create liability base by make use of the POS machines allotted.

5) Cross sell of other business banking products to the existing client base.

Ideal Candidate - Candidates with good experience in channel sales of telecom,general insurance,pharma or FMCG also can be considered. Also candidates with atleast one year of team handling experience will be an advantage.
