Profile - Area Sales Manager | Two Wheeler Loans | Retail Assets

Scope of the role - Achieving sales target in the assigned territory / geography.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the banks presence across the geography and ensure its strong presence.

Responsibility

1) Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the banks presence across the geography and ensure its strong presence.

2) Manage the recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of outsourced sales team.

3) Liaisoning with the service provider for onboarding, attendance reporting and timely salary payout of outsourced sales staff.

4) To create excellent relationship with all two wheeler point of sale outlets (Dealers/ dealer branches/ ASC point) .

5) Ensuring approval and disbursement TAT in all channels.

6) Minimize customer complaints with regard to customer acquisition.

Ideal Candidate - Candidates who have good exposure in two wheeler loan finance and who have experience in dealership management across the territory.
