Profile - Hub Sales  Manager | CASA Acquisition | Banking Sales

Scope of the Role -  Increase the client base by acquiring new clients as well as to increae the liability value by attracting new funds to the bank and manage the cross sell.

Job Description -

1) Manage a larger unit of Assistant Managers for sourcing New clients.

2) Responsible for the whole liability of 3 to 4 Branches.

3) Deepening the exisiting relationships by cross sell of other financial products.

4) Recruit,train and retain the unit and equip them to represent the bank in the public.

5 ) Organise various marketing activities to generate high qulity clients.

Ideal Fitment - Ideal candiate should be a banker with 4 to 8 years of exposure Direct sales (CASA) with team handling exposure of 2 years.
